Distance Reiki Healing
How does distance Reiki work?
Energy has no need of proximity. Distance Reiki works on the understanding that we are all energetically connected, and that healing can be sent and received across any distance. During a session I connect with your energy field from my space in the Yorkshire Dales, working with the same intention, the same intuitive awareness, and the same depth as an in-person treatment.
At the agreed time you settle somewhere quiet and comfortable in your own home, and I begin the session at my end. I work through the energy body, following what I sense and receive, staying with whatever needs attention. Afterwards I share what came up, what I noticed, felt, or received during the session.
Many people are surprised by how strongly they feel distance healing. Some find it more powerful than being in person, precisely because they are in a space where they feel completely at ease.
Who it is for
Distance Reiki is ideal if you live too far away to visit in person, if you prefer to receive healing in the comfort of your own home, or if you simply want the flexibility to book without needing to travel. It suits people who are going through a difficult period and need support but don't have the capacity to leave the house, as well as those who simply prefer a quieter, more private way of receiving.
The healing itself is the same. What changes is only the setting.
Book a session
A distance Reiki session is 60 minutes and costs £50, the same as an in-person treatment, because the depth of the work is the same.
The session includes a brief check in at the start, by text or call, so I understand where you are and what you need. You then settle into your own space for 40 minutes of distance Reiki while I connect with and work on your energy field remotely. Afterwards we reconnect by text or call and I share what I sensed, felt, and received during the healing, including any areas I worked on and any guidance that came through.
You are welcome to book as a one-off or return as often as feels right.

What to expect
How do I prepare?
Find somewhere quiet where you won't be disturbed for the duration of the session. Lie down or sit comfortably, wear something loose and relaxed, and if it helps, play some soft instrumental music in the background. The most important thing is simply to be still and open to receiving.
What might I feel?
Everyone experiences it differently. Some people feel warmth, tingling, or a deep heaviness settling through the body. Some notice emotions surfacing or feel waves of energy moving. Others drift into a very deep rest. Whatever you experience is valid and part of the process.
Will I know when it has started?
We agree a time in advance so you know when to settle and be still. Some people feel something shift almost immediately. Others simply relax deeply without a strong physical sensation and notice the effects more clearly in the hours or days that follow.
What happens after the session?
Once the session is complete I will be in touch to share what I experienced, what I worked on energetically, and any messages or guidance that came through. This is an important part of the process and helps you understand and integrate what happened during the healing.
