Hi, I’m Kate

I'm an energy healing practitioner, intuitive, and creative living in the Yorkshire Dales. My work sits at the meeting place of the seen and the unseen, rooted in the natural world and guided by something deeper.

I work with Reiki, crystal healing, and tarot, but what I bring to each session goes well beyond technique. I hold a strong connection to source energy, and I receive through vision, sensation, sound, and spiritual guidance what each person needs in that moment. Sometimes that's deep rest. Sometimes it's clarity. Sometimes it's a message that's been waiting to come through.

Energy healing is for everyone

I came to this work not through a single moment but through years of quietly deepening, learning to trust what I felt, what I saw, what I received. And one of the things I feel most strongly is that energy healing doesn't belong to a particular type of person. It isn't mysterious or exclusive. It doesn't require a certain vocabulary or a certain set of beliefs.

Working with your energy is, at its heart, a return to something natural. The warmth of a crystal in your palm. A moment of stillness that allows something to shift. An insight in a reading that confirms what you already felt was true. These things are simple, and they are also profound. Those two things are not in conflict.

I want the people who come to me to feel that this world is open to them, not gatekept, not obscure, but genuinely available as part of how they move through life.

What I receive, and how I work

During a session I work intuitively and spiritually as well as energetically. I have a deep connection to source, and I receive guidance in several ways: visions and symbols seen in my mind's eye, sounds and words heard internally, and sensations felt in and around my own body that reflect what's happening in yours. I notice areas that feel heavy or blocked, and I work with light and intention to support their release.

I may become aware of guides, angels, or loving beings of light present in the space. I may receive messages through clairvoyance or clairaudience that feel relevant to your path or your healing. When this happens, I share what I'm guided to share, interpreting and translating it as clearly and gently as I can.

I say this not to impress, but because I'd rather be honest about the nature of my work than leave you surprised. Some people resonate with this immediately. Others come for the healing and find that something unexpected opens. Both are welcome here.

I'm also fully accredited and insured. My practice has strong foundations, and those foundations are what allow me to work at depth.

Where I find my grounding

I'm drawn to the natural world in a way that feels inseparable from my practice. The turning of the seasons, the quiet energy of the earth, the particular quality of light on a winter afternoon. I live slowly and deliberately, in a farmhouse in the Dales, and that pace runs through everything I do.

My sessions are unhurried and held with care. I believe healing happens most readily when we stop pushing and simply create the conditions for it. Gentle, considered, and always shaped around the person in front of me.
