CANCELLATION POLICY

Healing at the Farm offers a limited number of appointments each week, so a minimum of 48 hours notice is kindly requested for any cancellations or rescheduled sessions. This allows the time to be offered to another client where possible.

Where less than 24 hours notice is given, or in the case of a missed appointment, a goodwill payment may be requested to cover the lost appointment time. This is always handled with discretion and understanding.

Online and distance sessions are payable at the time of booking and are non-refundable with less than 48 hours notice, though in many cases can be transferred to an alternative date.

Unexpected circumstances and emergencies are always taken into consideration, and discretion will be used where appropriate.

If changes need to be made to an appointment, clients are kindly asked to get in touch as soon as possible or manage their booking online using the link provided in their confirmation email.
