Crystal Reiki Healing
Of all the ways I work, Crystal Reiki is the one I find most quietly extraordinary. There is something about the combination of Reiki energy and the specific frequency of crystals that creates a depth of healing I don't experience with either practice alone. The two seem to speak to each other, and together they speak to something deep in the person receiving.
During a session I select crystals intuitively, choosing what feels right for you on that particular day. They are placed on and around the body, on the chakras and wherever else I'm guided, and from there the Reiki flows through and around them. I work with what I sense and receive throughout, following the energy rather than a fixed outcome.
People often describe leaving feeling lighter, clearer, and more settled than they have in a long time. Some feel a profound shift. Others simply feel deeply rested. Both are exactly right.
Where crystals and Reiki meet
What it can support
Crystal Reiki works on multiple levels at once, physical, emotional, and energetic. People come for many different reasons: stress, anxiety, grief, burnout, a sense of being stuck or disconnected, a feeling that something needs to shift but they're not sure what. Others come simply because they want to rest at a level that everyday life doesn't allow.
The crystals help to clear blockages, balance the chakras, and direct energy where it's most needed. The Reiki supports the nervous system to settle and creates the conditions for genuine release. Together they offer something that goes deeper than relaxation, though deep relaxation is always part of it.
Booking a session
A single Crystal Reiki session is 60 minutes and costs £50. You can book as a one-off, return as often as feels right, or follow the rhythm of the seasons if that appeals. There is no pressure to commit to more than one session at a time.
That said, if you are working through something specific, a health challenge, grief, a significant life change, or a pattern you're ready to move through, a series of three sessions can take the work considerably deeper. More on that below.

When you are navigating something significant, three sessions offer a natural arc of healing that a single treatment can't always reach. This is something my own teacher taught me, and I have seen it hold true time and again in practice.

The Crystal Reiki Healing Journey is £145, booked and paid for as a series. Sessions are held weekly at most, and closer together where possible. The work builds between each one and the timing matters. Get in touch to talk through availability.

What to expect
What should I wear?
Whatever feels comfortable. Most people choose loose, relaxed clothing so they can fully settle into the treatment. Avoid chunky belts or jewellery where possible as these can interfere with crystal placement. If you normally wear or carry your own crystals, I'll ask you to remove them for the session. This allows me to work with the specific crystals I've chosen for you without any interference in the energy.
What might I feel during the session?
Everyone's experience is different and all of it is valid. Some people feel warmth, tingling, or gentle waves of energy. Some see colours or receive their own visions. Some feel emotions rising, which is a natural and welcome part of the process. Others simply drift into a very deep rest. Whatever happens is exactly what's meant to.
Is it uncomfortable?
Not at all. You lie fully clothed on a treatment table while I work around you, placing crystals on and around the body and channelling Reiki energy. It is gentle, non-invasive, and deeply relaxing. Most people find it difficult to leave the table afterwards.
Do I need any experience of energy healing?
Not at all. You don't need a deep understanding of energy work or any prior experience. What matters most is simply a willingness to be open and to receive. If you come with that, the rest takes care of itself.
